Hardwood floor installation

Installed to last, not just to look good on day one
A hardwood floor is only as good as its preparation. Before a single board goes down, we check subfloor flatness and moisture, acclimate the wood to your home, and plan the layout around sight lines and room transitions.

Installation FAQ
Solid or engineered hardwood?
Solid wood can be re-sanded many times over its life; engineered is more stable over concrete slabs and in changing humidity. We'll recommend the right one for your subfloor during the free estimate.
How long does an installation take?
A typical home takes 3–7 days including acclimation, depending on square footage, pattern, and finish (prefinished boards are faster; site-finished takes longer but gives a perfectly sealed surface).
Can you match new wood to my existing floor?
Yes — species, board width, stain, and sheen. Extending a floor into a new room without a visible seam is one of our most requested jobs.
